Paste the schedule.
Everyone's calendar stays in sync.

Drop in the email, the group text, or the spreadsheet. Seasonkeeper reads the dates, shows you what it found, and gives you one link the whole team subscribes to. Move a game next month and every phone updates on its own.

No account. Nothing to install. Works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook.

Built for the person who got volunteered

Three problems, solved properly

It reads human schedules

"Jan 9, 16, 30" is three dates in January, not one date and some stray numbers. Prose, tab-separated junk out of a PDF, a CSV from the league: paste it and see what came back before anything is saved.

2027

It checks the year for you

"Saturday, March 20" has no year in it. Guess wrong and you get a calendar that looks perfect and is twelve months off. Seasonkeeper scores each candidate year against the weekdays in your text and shows you which one actually fits.

It stays right after you send it

Emailing a file means the first rain-out makes it a lie. People subscribe to a link instead. Change a date, press save, and it lands on every phone that subscribed without you telling anybody.

The part nobody else does

A calendar that is a year off looks perfect

That is how people miss things. When your text names weekdays, Seasonkeeper uses them as evidence and tells you which year they actually fit.

6 dates have a guessed year. Using 2027.
The text names a weekday for 6 of them, so the matches below show which year fits.
2026no weekdays match
2027all 6 weekdays match
2028no weekdays match

Pay for a calendar, not a subscription
